再說證券行業的分析師，二級市場，全行業營銷，分析師也有任務的，不過形式不同。
首先說怎麼成為分析師，對於宏觀經濟的分析，對於短線技術的研究，上市公司的研究，這些是最基本的。
分析師是需要面對客戶的，所以在和客戶交流時能不能讓客戶信服很重要，
1：年齡要高一些吧，起碼說明閱歷高
2：長相氣質要好吧，能使人信服。
3：說話要沉穩，溝通技巧要好，
尤其是第三項，非常重要，這個也需要長期與客戶溝通中，才能鍛煉出來的。真的會形成氣場的。
再說成為分析師之後，怎麼開展工作，分析師不能在大街發單子，拉客戶吧。只能在營業部坐鎮，等客戶經理把客戶拉回來，你來給他們講課。巧婦難為無米之炊，如果客戶經理拉不來客戶，你會感覺，想工作也使不上勁。
分析師是要講求包裝的，多上電視，廣播。這些都需要門路和資質。
總之，不好做的。

證券類的（正式的），對學歷要求特別高，研究生很難進去。滿大街招聘的分析師，客戶經理等證券上的職位，都是屬於第三方的，不是正式員工的，不要誤解。而且，這個行業壓力很大，拿證券經紀人來說，很多都沒有底薪，而且，每月都有任務，拉到的客戶第三年就沒有提成了，能幹到兩年的少之又少。謹慎對待此行業，應屆畢業生很容易被招聘書忽悠。

Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) is one of the premier universities specialized in finance and economics in China. It is directly subordinate to the Ministry of Ecation of China and is also ranked as one of the Top 100 Universities in China』s 『211』 Project.
